Rental Information - Fanny Bay Seniors Hall OAP 127

 

   Look no further for a place to rent for your next event.  The hall is 851 square feet in the main area plus kitchen and washroom.  We have 65 padded chairs and 18 large folding plastic tables, 65 place setting of china and cutlery, coffee urns and kitchen appliances.  Use of the kitchen must be negotiated with the rental agent at the time of signing the rental agreement.  Our hall is cozy and adaptable to small and large gatherings such as:

There is adequate parking  with overflow parking along the road.   

Please Note:  A damage deposit cheque of $100 will be required at the time of signing the rental agreement for Family Reunions, Wedding Receptions and large Parties.  This will be refunded in full after the event if there is no damage.

How to Join 

Would you like to join our Seniors Group?  Join us at our regular general meeting held the 2nd Tuesday of each month (except July and August) at 2:00 PM in the main part of the hall.  We are a very active group with around 60 members.  We support local seniors with social events like monthly potlucks,  a summer picnic, a Christmas party and fund raising events such as our Gigantic Garage Sale, Raffle & Bake Sale in June, and our Fanny Bay Christmas Craft Fair Concession & Raffle in November to offset our expenses.  We welcome new members and volunteers!  We are always looking for energetic people with lots of ideas for activities and fund raisers.
